Refund Terms and Conditions

EduInvest provides a refund feature exclusively for customers who have opted for the Premium Plus option, subject to the following detailed conditions and procedures:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

a. Attendance and Participation: - The customer must have attended or watched all the lectures provided in the course. - The customer must have completed and submitted all 10 MOCK tests included in the program.

b. Exam Attempts: - The customer must have failed the relevant exam for two consecutive attempts.

2. Refund Process:

• Document Submission:
  The customer must submit all relevant documents to verify compliance with the above conditions. These documents may include proof of attendance, test completion records, and official exam result notifications.

• Review and Verification:
  EduInvest’s team will review and verify the submitted documents to ensure that all eligibility criteria are met. This process may take up to 30 business days.

• Refund Calculation:
  Upon verification, EduInvest will calculate the refundable amount. The refund will be the full amount paid by the customer, excluding the following:

  • Amount of taxes already paid
  • Basic transaction and service charges

• Transaction and Service Charges:
  A basic transaction fee and a service charge will be deducted from the refundable amount. These charges cover administrative costs associated with processing the refund.

• Refund Disbursement:
  Once the refund amount is determined, EduInvest will initiate the transfer of the remaining amount to the customer. The refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The disbursement process may take an additional 7-14 business days after verification.

3. Additional Terms:

• Non-Refundable Components:
  The following components of the payment are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Taxes paid
  • Basic transaction and service charges

• Compliance:
  The customer must comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein to qualify for a refund. Non-compliance with any of the conditions will result in the forfeiture of the refund eligibility.

• Finality:
  EduInvest's decision regarding the eligibility for a refund is final and binding.

4. Digital Product Nature:

• Instant Access:
  All EduInvest courses are digital products with instant access. Once a customer accesses any course content, including lectures, notes, or tests, a refund request becomes subject to eligibility criteria.
• Content Access Verification:
  EduInvest tracks user activity, including video watch history, test submissions, and course material access. If any part of the course is accessed, the refund request will undergo strict verification.
• No Refund for Partial Use:
  Customers who have accessed or started any part of the course but fail to meet the eligibility criteria will not qualify for a refund.
