These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EduInvest Academy’s Website, located at eduinvest.in.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use EduInvest Academy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Test Series T&C:

Once registered the test will not be cancelled, rescheduled, refunded or transferred under any circumstances. Test to be conducted at the class premises only, in case of absence from test for any reason, the test papers will not be given to write from home. Tests written at the center will be the only ones which will be checked, those written at home or other places will not be considered for checking. Reaching the test center on/before time is essential. Strictly, No entry will be permitted once the paper starts as it can disturb the others. Students will get the paper 15 minutes before the time. No student can leave the examination hall in the first 60 minutes and last 60 minutes. This is our policy to maintain the classroom test discipline and we expect you to abide by the same. All the details of students are required to be filled in the solution paper including full name, attempt, etc and all other details mentioned. Filling number of supplements is absolutely mandatory. Paper will be checked by our respective paper checkers and will be available for collection from our office as per the information given to you.

Pen Drive Extension Policy

Our pen drive extension options are available for lectures that have expired on a chargeable basis.

Please keep in mind the below points while addressing the extension request issue :

  1. The software is made to do extension only one time due to the data security and safety constraints. So it cannot be extended again. Extending second time is not possible and You may have to buy all together a new pen drive.
  2. Do extend it before it expires as the system will capture the number of days from original due date. So it is essential that you extend not after it expires otherwise you loose the number of days between original expiry date and extension request date.
  3. Extension requests will be handled exclusively by our technical team at 7977674844. The team will be available only on weekdays and Saturdays between 10 am – 6:30 pm.
  4. Also please keep your serial code ready while calling the staff for extension requests.
  5. Extension will be done after Payment at our respective payment address.

Re-installation of lectures on new device :

Re-installation of lectures on new devices or change of device is strictly not allowed. It is therefore we request you to ensure that you’re using a proper device other wise you may have to incur cost which will be considered as a new purchase altogether and will be equal to the renewal cost. So please double check the device before you do the installation.

Although, we understand it may be you’re genuine case but we follow the policy because we have unfortunately encountered few false cases in past where by misuse was noticed just to make few extra money and then eventually we had to change policy for maintaining of the security of lectures.

Therefore, we appreciate your cooperation in this regards and in case if you wish to still change the lectures on new laptop then, as mentioned the renewal charges will be applicable and which will be notified to you by our team. The charges are be based on the type of your course and various other factors as well.

However, we repeat again that the renewal on same device is not guaranteed and accepted only if found a genuine case or if possible technically which is at our managements discretion.

Also note that even after renewal the lectures start from the same point of number of views or time validity.

Re-installation of lectures on existing device :

Reinstalling of lectures due to issues of failure of working of laptop, formatting of laptop or heating of devices, etc and all other technical issues related to your devices are hereby handled on case to case basis only.

However, if there’s any issue on from your end which may require reinstallation then we will handle it only after being sure that there’s no security risk and also after the payment of required cost.

The charges for reinstallation (only if approved by our team after asseing the security risk and other factors) are minimum amount which may be dependent on the type of product and these chargers are subject to change and they may also depend on case to case basis.

Finally, please note that after reinstallation the lecture starts from the same point of views or time validity where it was earlier before the issue.

Note:

The relevant charges will be communicated to you once it’s decided on the course of action and solution in consultation with you.

The cost if charged are mere coverage of the effort and some minimum amount that we may have to incur to reinstall things. So please do cooperate on it and please avoid discussion on that with the team as that will just unnecessarily delay things.

However, any issue from our side in our lectures is our responsibility and we adhere to fix it.
