Refund & Cancellation Policy

EduInvest provides digital educational programs, live lectures, recorded courses, and study materials. Because our products primarily consist of digital educational content, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all purchases made through our website or official payment channels.

By purchasing any course or product from EduInvest, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All course purchases made through EduInvest are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once a student has successfully completed payment and received access to the course platform, digital materials, or lectures, the purchase is considered final.

EduInvest does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time to study
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Exam failure
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Inability to attend live sessions

2. Digital Product Policy

Most EduInvest courses provide immediate access to digital educational content, including lecture recordings, PDF notes, LMS access, mock exams, and question banks.

Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted, the product cannot be returned. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued once course access has been provided.

3. Live Lecture Programs

For courses that include live lectures or live batch sessions:

  • Students are responsible for attending the scheduled sessions.
  • Missing live lectures does not qualify for a refund.
  • Where applicable, recordings may be provided for review.

EduInvest reserves the right to adjust lecture schedules when necessary.

4. Access Duration

Course access is granted for the specific duration mentioned at the time of purchase. Once the access period expires, the user will lose access to the platform.

Failure to utilize the course during the access period does not qualify for a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any EduInvest course, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving course access.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after course access has been granted, EduInvest reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account and recover costs associated with the dispute.

6. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Courses purchased under special promotions, discounts, scholarships, or limited-time offers are non-refundable and may have specific access conditions mentioned at enrollment.

7. Course Transfers

Course enrollments are non-transferable. Students may not transfer their course access to another person. Account sharing may result in termination of access without refund.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under extremely limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake
  • Technical errors resulting in multiple charges

In such cases, students must contact EduInvest support within 7 days of the transaction. Any refund issued will be processed after verification.

9. Changes to Courses

EduInvest reserves the right to update course content, modify lecture schedules, and improve platform features. Such updates are intended to enhance the learning experience and do not constitute grounds for refund.
