2. Limited License for Personal Use

• Sharing login credentials
• Allowing multiple users to access a single account
• Participate in group purchases or shared subscriptions

Commercial Use

• Using EduInvest content to create competing educational products
• Selling or redistributing course materials

Such actions constitute copyright infringement and intellectual property violation.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

EduInvest actively monitors unauthorized distribution of its content. We may track suspicious login activity, content leaks, piracy websites, and unauthorized distribution channels.

If violations are detected, EduInvest reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate user accounts
• Revoke course access without refund
• Block platform access

5. Legal Consequences of Piracy

Unauthorized distribution of EduInvest content may lead to legal action under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. EduInvest may pursue remedies including:

• Copyright infringement claims
• Legal damages
• Injunctions preventing further distribution
• Recovery of legal costs

Individuals involved in piracy may be held personally liable.

6. Reporting Piracy
